Gingerbread is the latest version of Android OS (2.3) by Google and some Android devices has already got this new update. However many devices are not ready for this update yet. For those, here is Gingerbread like nice looking skin widget clock for your Android device.

To install this widget, download and unzip the rar file. Place the included folder to sdcard\data\beautifulwidgets\skins. Then, open Beautiful Widgets – Skins, then choose your downloaded skin, and apply. (Via)
